Description
The prostate has been cut to show marked enlargement of the lateral lobes; the middle lobe is not
involved in disorder. The bladder shows no good evidence of increased intra-luminal pressure.
History
This is an incidental finding at autopsy in a man who died from a ruptured myocardial infarct.
