Description
This shows a bladder and the upper part of the prostate, opened to display two tumours in the
posterior wall. The tumours are sessile, coarsely papillary; the largest is in the region of the ureteric
orifice.
History
This was an incidental finding in a 67-year-old man who died of coronary artery disease.
