Description
The specimen is a bisected kidney. the normal renal architecture is totally replaced by numerous small
cysts composed of thin fibrous walls. Histologic examination showed the cyst to be lined by a thin
layer of epithelium. In areas of clusters of atrophic tubules and nodules of cartilage were identified.
