Description
The specimen is formed by skin, subcutaenous fat, and a thin layer of muscle. The tissue is
expanded by a black nodular mass which is extending laterally and upwards where, at its most
prominent point, it is ulcerated. The skin surface shows numerous satellite nodules indicating a
wide field of change in the epidermis. This is a very old specimen; it is to be hoped that nothing
as advanced as this would be seen today.
