Description
This shows the uterus, both tubes and ovaries; the right ovary is replaced by a cyst, some 8 x 4 x 4
cm; the external appearance suggests a "doughy" growth and this is, in fact, a dermoid cyst.
History
This is an incidental finding at autopsy.
